As stated above, Carlos / RTI provide engine core servicing. Just to clarify though, for all other service options, troubleshooting, ECU crash damage and software upgrades, I maintain North American customers out of Vancouver. I also hold PST's warrantee stock of 600R and 1300R parts in Vancouver. Now this is of coarse in Canada, but I'm ~20 min from the boarder and I maintain a US shipping address just for this purpose. You still never ship it out of the country so there's no chance of losing a turbine in customs or the associated delays, since I personally handle the import and export.
