Gentlemen

We will fly Open Sportsman and Open Expert again at Cullman, Al on April 22 and 23. The only restriction is that planes cannot exceed 70 inches square.

This is a continuing experiment. The intent is to allow the use of older pattern plane and current ARFs to compete. Pipes and retracts are fine in this class. No one has ever tried a bipe, but that might be fun, too. Ther are a lot of Ultimates around that are smaller than 70", and so is the Goldberg Bucker Jungmann.

Could you elaborate on the 70 inches square requirement? I don't have a clue as to what you are talking about. Thanks.
