Default RE: GP .46 Giles---Misc Stuff

ORIGINAL: whaturi

hey guys, im getting really worried about my servos in this plane. i have all jr standard sports. i don't know much about servos, but i want to get some good metal geared servos.. what do you guys reccomend? i do not want to spend 80 bucks per servo but i do want to be able to trust them. when im down low with this plane and give full rudder to correct a hover, i cringe to think whats going on inside that sport servo case. and i had minis on the ailerons and one stripped out. luckly i caught it before i took off. so should i just go for the cheapest metal gear or is there more to it?
How effective was your rudder with the standard servo??

I have heard that this plane has great rudder authority and is capable of a knife edge loop. I am trying to decide if I should use a hitec 625 or a 645 for my rudder? I will be running 6v battery pack, so the 625 may just be enough.
