Default RE: GP CAP 232 3D ARF

ORIGINAL: badfish

finished the cap today. 12.1 lbs stock hardware. os 160, pitts muffler, kline pump, fromco 2400 lipo w/regulator, 5945's on surfaces 5955 on rudder. one note when putting in the pull-pull the wires touched the elevator servos in the tail. I ended up putting swivel clevises that hung down on the servo arm to give me enough clearance. I already had the servo holes drilled out in the tail before I found this out or I would have sanded a little off the bottom of the servo cut-outs to give better clearance. I tried to take some pics of it. other than that the plane went together nicely. I ended up putting the fuel tank right behind the rudder tray which is on the cg. with this setup I was right on stock cg.
must come in a hell of a box with the wing as one piece. I would love to get one but im in WAY too many projects now[&o] I have 2 50CCers and 3 glow in half way completed mode now. i got a nice bill just in 5645s and 5955s[X(]
