RE: Hotspot Horns
At St. George Jet Rally several years ago I had the LG switch inadvertantly hit while the servos were energized which caused the Hotspot to lay down on the right wing. The right main gear collapse caused both horns to snap off. I've also broken one accidently when handling the wing in/out of the car. I now use a long countersunk screw through the top of the elevons and through the dowel with no problems.
