It is definately not a large % problem, however we still are doing everything we can to understand the issue. If you can mail us the part our R & D department would appreciate it. I am going to box it up and send it off to them tomorrow. Hopefully I will get a replacement back soon. I just wonder if the other one I should send off as well.
