Do yourself a favor and replace the stock wires with the 3/16" wires from Robart. There was a GIANT thread on this a while back and the stock wires are just not good. I have this plane, did the wire conversion and it's great and easy to do. Also, don't forget to add epoxy to the firewall where it joins the fuse......another weak point.
