I have seen this happen before, but I have slept since then and don't remember the cause or the cure. I started setting up a plane today that had two servos on the elevator using a Y-harness. When Command is sent to elevator servos - say FULL UP - and when released to netural one will go back to netural but the second one will go to full DOWN and then back to netural. It is also BOUNCY.
