Another vote for Tower Hobbies here. I have had a couple of problems in the past, like a broken GP Master Caddy, & a couple of Tower Trainer MKII RTFs that were coverd just atrociously. But in both cases they went out of their way to do whatever it took to make it right. They finally had a sales mananger go out to the warehouse & open several boxes to find me a Trainer that I could live with. I think their customer service policies are as good as it gets. I spoke with several reps throughout this process. Each & everyone of them were both very polite & apolagetic. I never got a bad attitude from any of them, just a desire to make it right by me, which they eventually did. I have no regrets & continue to do business with them. We all make mistakes, what makes a good business is how you handle & take responsibility for your mistakes. They get a AAA rating in my book.
