The person here on RC Universe that converts toro 25cc engines is Scott Ellingson. You cannot find a nicer engine then his 25cc GT He goes so far as to polish the head of the engine. Once you have started the engine and it is warmed up it will hand start from there. The engine spins a APC 16x8 prop at 8300 RPM when it is brand new and 8600 RPM once it is broke in. If you have any probelms with his engines you will not find a better person to deal with. Scotts makes sure his engines run right and his customers are happy.
