I have my 1st 4-stroke. O.S. 70 Surpass. I have it installed, glow plug in it, fuel lines hooked up, needle valve out 3 1/2 turns. It seems to have (very little) compression when I flip the prop on the 3rd flip. Is this normal?

The 1st 2nd flips have almost no compression!

Should I have a Lot of compression on my 3rd flip. All new and still inside my house.
