Oxygen by itself doesn't burn...it's only when it combines with another substance that heat is produced.
I understood what you were thinking of doing, basically trying to dissolve oxygen into the fuel much like CO2 is dissolved into Coca Cola, but assuming the vapours didn't explode while you were shaking the tank then very little (if any) oxygen would dissolve.
