RE: hog bipe wing incidence question.
My Hog Bipe was zero-zero all around. It had a tendency to climb at full power. I shimmed the top wing to 1 1/2 degrees negative and that helped the climbing tendency. As an added plus, I found that I can now drag it in even slower than before because as the lower wing gets near the stall angle, the top wing is still flying because of the negative incidence. The other thing that I could have done was to add downthrust, but because the engine was cowled in,I took the path of least resistance. It worked for me.
