tell you what i'm gonna do. i'll get home from work, check my plans, and very carefully re-measure everything, just in case i made an error and it slipped by me.

i'll most likely leave well enough alone, and be happy that i don't have to correct anything.
then i can set my sights on finishing this puppy up.
i don't even want to know how i got a minus 1 degree into my head.....must have been that guy al ziemer distracting me again.

edit to add that i got home and checked the plans, the incidence is 0 degrees, and the re-measured actual incidence was still minus .25, so i'm happy, and not touching a thing.
