Thanks Nightmare. Which one did you use. By any chance do you recall the part #? Take this as a complement but I want my new one to look like your's. Already got my scale tires ordered. Just was'nt sure which strut to order.

I used tricyle landing gear for 40 size planes....so I had 3 sets...I just put the remainder of my set on my failed attempt at hand launching the Park Zone P-51...which is ridiculous to handlaunch. Now I get to maiden the repaired PZ plane the proper way....
Hey Nightmair, could you provide some closer up pics of the landing gear installation you did on the PZ P-51? I had the same issues with hand launching mine...dunno why....and I'd prefer not to waste the $170 spent on the plane trying to handlaunch again and it rolls over again.
