Hyde mount is been proved for years so you should be fine. There are other like the Budd mount. However, I don't know the new firm type but I will bet that is good product.

On the servos I don't know FMA servos. I have been using JR 9411SA on ailerons and JR8411SA in the elevator and rudder with very good results for years. If you are going to use the servos for a pattern plane I suggest that you do more research of the FMA servos. I haven't seen anyone using those for pattern.
