Default Stiff Flywheel on a new engine

hi there,

just completed building my kyosho mp7.5 kanai 2 and using a RB Concepts WS7 - 2. For the starter box, using the Power Racing High Torque.

My problem is getting the flywheel to actual turn a complete revolution. On the starterbox, it starts to turn and then locks tight. Also its just too tight to turn by hand, however using a screedriver and can leverage the flywheel to turn a complete revolution. Is this normal and if so how can I get it to start?

ive taken off the glow plug thinking it was the compression but this does not help.... the piston to sleeve just seems too tight...

any help please from you experts would be great....
