I'm going to mod the flaps too, I was wondering how long to make the aileron and how long to make the flap ?

I like to consider my options before I start, so I'm still undecided as to the motor. I fit the 91 on the nose and it sure seems heavy, but as construction progresses I'll see how it looks.

Any weak areas in the airframe? Its light, but its solid.
