Heya people, Im new to these forum things but hey

I brought an XTM x-cell and During the break in the pull start is VERY tight,, The previous owner only used 1/4 of a tank of fuel then sold it, but the pull start snapped for him aswell, the engine is not flooded and everything looks to be as it should be after run oil has been used but it is still really tight and i think the cord may snap again, any reason why?
