Chris, I know what you mean, it's really the same as some people having flawless performance from a YS when others can't get through a half a tank to save thier lives. Not sure if it's set up, wierd batches, climate, odd planet alignment, or what....but there's something there. When it comes to power plants, every person has to seek out what they can make perform reliably for them and stay with it. it's when you start experimenting is when you take chances. nothing wrong with that, that's how progress is made. but every time I do it with engines, I get bit.

I simply prefer what works right off the table for me, every time, no suprises. I'm really not that "brand loyal" except for a few things. I absolutely like Hyde mounts, OS 140s, ES pipes, JR digital servos, MK hardware, PBG tubes......everything else is fair game for swapping around. And that's a LOT of stuff....
