Default RE: World Models 80 Inch Zero

I flew mine for the 1st time this weekend at a warbird event in Port St. Lucie, FL. What a great plane. Mine is set up with a G-38 and Sping Air retracts. My 1st attempt was a week ago and the landing gear ripped out of the plane after flying for 3 seconds and 2 feet off of the ground. I rebuilt the entire area where the retracts mount with birch plywood and extensive bracing. It's been great since. This plane is notorious for having a weak gear blocks; even after I initialy reinforced them with epoxy. But all that melted away when we flew about 10 birds int the sky at the same time and 3 of them were Zeros.
