If the airplane uses barn door ailerons I would strongly recommend not using the flapperon option! Deployed flapperons with barn door ailerons sets-up wash-in in the wing's configuration which is a very bad condition and will lead to tip stalls! Since flaps are used at the time of landing approachs, this configuaration is very likely to cause a low altitude-slow speed snap roll into the ground!
