Yes. 2003 Chev Silverado 5.3 V-8 gets the window sticker highway mileage of 19 mpg at 60-65 mph. Gets 17-18 mpg at 70-75 mph. Both measured several times.

Once again, "Whats wrong with demanding the truth from these manufacturers? "
