Does the county, who you diligently worked out the use agreement with, know that these guys are flying on their property without permission and (probably) without insurance to protect the county's rights?

I don't recall anybody saying in this thread that the glider flyers were a) flying on county property, b) without permission of the property owner, or c) without insurance. Where are the lines one needs to read between to come up with that?
