I am away from my normal computer, attending Florida jets The trick with your ailerons/flaps is to space the aileron away from the trailing edge of the wing a little. This not only allows full aileron movement, but also enables you to line the flap up with the aileron trailing edge. I dry fit all my control surfaces first to align them and check full movements are reached without binding on the wing skin
