Clarify "I have fuel coming out of the head". There shouldn't be fuel any where near the exterior of the cylinder head if the glow plug is tight. If you ran the engine a few days ago and it ran OK, did you mess with the needle valve? What were you doing when you ran it last? Was the engine running free with no cooling or in a boat in the water. Normally if you ran the engine and it ran OK you would not have to adjust the needle valve. On the other hand, if you overheated the engine you could have blown the head gasket. That would explain the "fuel coming out of the head" and as a result, no compression and no start.
