Typically 2 - 3 turns open on the high speed needle is a good starting point. You'll have to run the boat in the water to fine tune it. Do not ever ever ever, try to tune the engine without a load, out of the water. You may get advice to the contrary, but unless you have another 90 available for a spare rod, piston and sleeve, don't do it.
