High thrustline and low wing placement have a hand in it. You can probably make it a little better by getting your plane to balance better, vertically. If You were to hang it by a string on the prop shaft, or thereabouts, you would probably see that it hangs with the gear pointed down a bit - it's called being bottom-heavy. The worse this situation is the harder it will be to torqueroll and hover. Try putting ALL of your equipment as high up in the fuse as possible.
Think about it, a stable helicopter will balance nearly level at the main rotor shaft. If it's nose-heavy you have to pull back on the stick to hover, and pirouettes are a royal PITA...
