Default RE: dynamic breaking in downward flight...FREE!

hi dean!

with the small axi 2204/54 and 9 x 3,8 APC Slow, it should be working fine at 10% on a 160gr (around 6 oz in old money) bipe, on a bigger prop you might use more. but even on my large 20 lbs raven with the geared 2215 neumotor, apc 26x15/E and the PHX110HV, the 10% has prooven enough. maybe you guys at castle want to change the percentage to be free, so we can start fidling around with 9 or 11%...!

so happy, btw, to get at least one response, i was getting afraid that either it's already common knowledge or nobody is interested in the real fine things in e-life i know that in racing, breaking is for sissies, but in aerobatics, it's surely separating the boys from the gentlemen[>:]

cheers

roger
