Hacker B20/Maxon gearbox adapter
I bought a couple of Hacker B20-31S motors but when they arrived they didn't have the mounting collar for the Maxon 4.4:1 gearbox.
I have searched all over the internet for a source for these collars, but can't find the right one.
The closest collar I can find is the right one for Hackers, but it's for the B40 series, and has a 19mm screw footprint.
see here http://www.aircraft-japan.com/prodde...19ADAP&from=81
The one for the B20 series motors has a 16mm footprint.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks, Bob Hudson

RE: Hacker B20/Maxon gearbox adapter
Hi
Hi sorry to say but the little 4:1 maxon gearbox can not be fitted on the B20 without modifications. B20 uses 2,3mm shaft, while the B20 with gearbox got a 1,5mm shaft with the pinion fitted from factory.
the gearbox it self is sold as a sparepart but without pinion
and the 4,4:1 B40 maxon won´t fit either, 3,2mm shaft and way to large collar.
