Default EPP (Blitz) or Depron (Eflite Ultimate)

Which one for a beginner who is desperate to get into biplanes with a little aerobatcs into it. (Mastered the tower hobbies trainer). After i saw the forum here on the blitz, people say that depron is better due to carbon reiforcing. I like the depron material becuase i can make extra wings etc, form the derpon poster boards i see in hte art shop accross my school. Please tell me which is better!

Samolot>>>

I've sold alot of airplanes to guys that are replacing the "Tough" EPP planes.... the most common reason I hear is they are flimsy flyers and lack the rigidity of a Depron plane. The plus is they are a little tougher on impacts...

My opinion is that you learn more when you have a plane that flies better. Depron is extreamly tough when laminated with some packing tape.... and you can buy a few depron birds for the price of an epp.

Depron looks better too...

I'm on my 2nd Ultimate and while it's easy to learn how to hover with it, I wouldn't call it a "nice stable" plane.

Agreed. Check out the other building threads on the Ultimate, properly modified, you may only need to build 2.......
