APC electric 11x4.7 wouldn't be a bad prop to start with for 3D flying. A 10x4.7 would work good for smaller planes or if things get too hot with the 11x4.7

Agreed, and the APC 10X4.7 gets you longer flight times....I only fly the 11 inch props when the wind is blowin 15+

Guys...what do you think a good range (of props ) would be for the 920kv Park 400?

I'm designing a foamy similar to the Tribute, but a little smaller...

I have the E-flite 400 920 kv. It turns gws direct drive 9x5 at 8600rpm at 9.8 amps.
It also turns a gws 10x6 at 7600rpm at 12 amps.

I was thinking of running it in the Mini Funtana that I have.
What do you think?

It'll probably fly, but thrust won't be much more than weight unless you've built it very light. So don't expect to hover, except maybe at full throttle.
