Default What setup for a9 oz. Scratch built 3d plane

I just finished building my first electric plane. It is built like a 3d buddy profile and the weight of the plane alone is between 8 and 9 oz. I think that it will come in at around 14 to 15 ozs ready to fly. I am looking at a rimfire motor with the C.C. thunderbird 18 amp esc. Will this be a good combo and what prop and battery should I run? Total wing area is 486 sq. in.

props i wouldnt know, i never do its trial and error but it never hurts to have a few around. id probably start with apc slow fly 10x4.7 or 9x3.8. something in the 3s1p 1000mah 15c would be a not bad start either
