Default Flatana Aileron problem

I just got a Flatana and have just got all the electronics working but there is one problem, the ailerons[&o]. I looked at them and the pushrods on the aileron flex a lot. What should I do to stop this?

Change the throw on the servos with your ATV or EPA... depends on what your brand of radio calls that.

If you're using the carbon ones, run a bead of CA down the lenght of them without having it get on the Z bends. THat ought to help. If they still flex, then glue some music wire to them.

The servos did nothing when I tried to use the atv on it. I did the ca on the pushrod thing but found out its the z bend that had glue on it somehow( I DID NOT DO THAT!!!) and it won't move in the control horn. What should I do to fix this one?

Get some music wire and replace it. I loved the Flatout's hinges, but hated their pushrod system so I just used music wire instead.

.
Remove the screwed up horn, and make one from 1/32" plywood.
I've had limited success with the horn/z-bend stuff in the Flatana kits.. and usually toss the z-bend and bend up my own from wire, and tie that with a good amount of thread and CA to the pushrods.

I'd suggest cutting the plastic Z-bend out and just making a Z-bend out of the music wire.
