I am not an electric guy but one of our club members brought this to show and tell.
Michael brought in an Edge 540 from http://airfoilz.com/index.html It is mostly foam with some balsa stiffeners and a balsa spar. It's different from many foam planes; it has a fully symmetrical airfoil rather than just a flat surface. The web site says it can handle 15+ mph wind. He has done a video for the manufacturer. It’s available online at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0DXHM4ta3s If you don’t have high speed internet it’s a long download. It’s fun to watch.
