Are they powerful enough to use in an Ultrafly Ultimate for 3D?
The surfaces are large and it has an E Flight 480.
What is a good fitting upgrade servo?

I'd suggest gettting HS-55s or Futaba S3110s instead. The S75s seem to be termermental. Some work great, some don't center well. I've seen S75s used in Katana Minis, which is bigger than the Ultimate and faster, so more servo load. However, I'd suggest testing every one out several times before flying it just to make sure you don't have any duds.

Out of 8 S75 servos, 2 were duds and 1 doesn't center quite perfectly. Sent them back to Horizon and they sent me new ones. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry for them. Next time I think I'll try the 55s.
