After flying my Hacker A20-20L I wouldn't buy another Axi personally. The Hacker is so powerful and efficient it's amazing. Sorry I don't have any more useful info for you. I would guess an Axi 2212-34 though with a 10x4.7.

Well I have abit of experience with the axi motors, so I will say what I think is best. The hacker motor is, I think, better, but if you want a axi motor, get an axi 2212\26. The 34 as Bronco stated as a KV of 740 if I remember correctly and won't have the power that you want. The 26 as a higher Kv and will turn a 10x4.7 nicely. But if you want ultimate performance, for power for an added ounce or so (including higher capacity battery) get an axi 2808\26 motor and a 1500mah battery. Or if you want a hacker, get the A30-28S. The 20L motor is kinda shy in power if you know what I mean. It's designed for airplanes up to 20oz. As the A30-28S is up to 30oz. The plane weighs about 21oz total RTF. So pull out is quite weak, and not unlimited vertical. I don't know how you fly or what you wanna do with it so, tell me and I can give you a better idea of what is better.
Thanks

Thanks Leblanc, right now i'm flying a Hobby Lobby Super Zoom with a Axi 2212/26,10x4.7 about 16 oz .flying weight .it seems a bit weak on pull out power from a hover.i like the power to pull out and up fast.i'm new to it all but have put in hours and hours of flying and can right now hover on the deck.i'm wanting to get working with a more advanced 3D plane and want a extra stiffy and an Airfoilz dege 540.The Stiffy is out right now so i think in the morning i'm going to order the Airfoilz (they both sound and look like great flying, made planes)so any thoughts on the Airfoilz would be of great help also. P.S. ony have worked with AXI motors so the Hackers are new to me .thanks again Olin

Well I own all of the airfoilz line of planes. You should be just fine with the 2212\26 and a 10x4.7 prop. Also just thinking, I'm suprised to read that you don't have a rocket pull out of a hover... what battery are you running? Running a good battery is essencial. Or maybe you are expecting too much of pull out of a hover. Anyways let me know what battery you are running. The 2212\26 and the yak or edge is good fit.

I"m using a 800 P.Q. and with all the time on them i think you are right, can really notice the difference compared to the old ones.i think i will try the hacker combo with he airfoilz edge,is the 20L the way to go with the airfoilz since it is a bit lighter then the Stiffy?and i see a wide range of batteries listed from 1320 on up for it ,what have you found is the best for flight time, weight ect? Yes, the edge is alot lighter than the stiffy. My stiffy was 21oz RTF. And my edge is 15.9 last time I weighed it. I've made a few tiny mods on it and might now be 16.4 or so. Thats a big difference on flying caracteristics. So for the battery, I've recently made test with PQ and TP. The 1320 pro lites held it's voltage much better that the PQ at a 27AMP draw. The PQ the cutoff arrived about 10 seconds after putting power. I was testing the 1500 3C. So thunder power is the way to go. Much better power than the PQ.
As for the flight times with the 1320. It's pretty good. I fly 3D and 8 minutes flight. I charge my battery's up to 12.53V and when I am done my flight, I have 11.6V left. So I actually still could fly for a good while 12 minutes of 3D maybe, can't say, I always keep my flights to 8-9 minutes.
Hope this helps.
