can't make up my mind, help me out guys!
Ok guys..here is my issue
I like to get an electric (my 1st) plane. I am a glow-flyer, but would love!! to have an electric 3D plane for outside the door and/or the park near by.
This is what I would love to see in a plane:
- balsa build
- not too big in size
- able to fly verrryy slowwwww
- build/capable for 3D tricks..(the usual..ya'll know... ..)
- fairly sturdy, in case it hits the ground somewhat hard
I have been surfing around for weeks at the various popular websites..spending hours and hours of research, watching video's, reading reviews and all it did made me more confused.
It seems to be more of a luxury problem since there are so many nice planes out now, and I realise that. I would just love to hear from you guys why you/I should/should not buy one of the following planes.
I have narrowed it down till these planes:
- The lil' banshee from Cermark
http://www.cermark.com/Merchant2/mer...egory_Code=AAA
- The Reflex 3D from Hobby-Lobby
http://www.hobby-lobby.com/reflex.htm
- The Extra 330 suitcase from Hobby-Lobby
http://www.hobby-lobby.com/extra330.htm
And..last but not least..Katana ES35 from Accell Hobby
http://www.accelhobby.com/2p_katanaes35.html
Please guys...help me out here. I have done my homework, but would love to hear from you guys, my "family-flyers", what I should do.
Thanks so much in advance you all, you don't know how much it is appreciated.

Have you seen the cap 232 from e-flite? That is a fairly small plane, is built well, and seems to fit the requirements you have stated. http://www.e-fliterc.com/Products/De...ProdID=EFL2400

I like the Reflex from Hobby Lobby and I also wanted to say that RCSkydiving.com has a great outdoor airfoil wing foamy called the Leading Edge and from experience I can tell you it flys at slow speeds well. Good Luck in choosing.

Easy. The EF Yak. Sweet Plane! Don't know about sturdy. Seems like it. Thick wing for slow flight. Never crashed mine.

Id highly recommend the Seagull Extra 300 EP.
There are quite a few of us flying this wonderful little plane now, and its a really great plane.
Park 480 and a 12x6 prop will hover it. And its cheap.
Really fine plane, and flys like a dream. Do some google searches on it...you'll find lots of info.
Here's a couple short video clips of my first few flights with it.
