I am new to the 3d foamy world. Friday I purchesed the yak 55 and by sunday morning it was ready to fly. It has 4 hs55 servoes and a 30 amp esc. flew great with the 3s lipo battery. Monday i went to go fly again and by the time I made it to the feild. about a 45 min drive. the plane had twisted and some parts of the plane were melted from the sun! I am planing on sending it back. I talked to gp and told them what had happened. Thanks for any help, Mike

Wow - what kind of foam was this thing made of - shaving cream foam !

I think you will find that they will send you a new one as long as you don't over-hype the temperature of your car at the time of meltdown.

Thats what they said this morning when I called. I am more interested with the setup I have now what other gp plane would be better besides flex flight.
