ok, back to the razzle. so the 61 should be able to hover it? i dont care if it is at half throttle or 3/4 throttle really. as long as it will come out of a hover without dropping the nose.
I love both my YS engines and YS is the only 4 stroke engine i will use, maby a saito, but i like to stick with YS. the fact that the YS was my 1st 4 stroke adds a bit to my obsession with them.

I flew my Razzle with a supertiger x-61 and it did okay. It took all it had with a 14-4 to hover it, would not pull out very well. When I recover the wing, I will put a 4-stroke 90 or something close to it to help with the power department.
Good luck with your 61, it just might do better than mine.

I would personally go with a APC 13X4 W on the 60/61 two stroke. You'll get it to hover fine. This plane assembles so light for a 60 size bird, it's unreal.
The 4 strokes handle the bigger props better.
Yes, I own one and have over 100 flights on mine.

I just bought this plane yesterday. The weight quoted on the box says 5.9 to 6.4 lbs. This thing seems awful big to weigh so little - anyone have weights to report? My fuse alone feels heavy. Please pass on your engine choice too. I'm thinking Saito 100 for mine.
The plane looks great. I don't think the red and purple match too well, but other than that this plane is a thing of beauty. Those Vietnamese children do good work.

Mine came in at 7 lbs with an OS91FX. A little disapointing. Flys great with either a 14/6apc or a 15/4 apc. Hovers great and does missle shots out of a hover
. At 7lbs I think it's a bit much for a 60 to do missile shots or knife edge loops but it would still be a great flyer.
