Default MODELTECH Magic Extra questions

OK, I'm back with more problems [:@]

In the manual, it says I need 4 hinges per aileron... and I only have 3 each aileron. Is this a typo or am I missing the hinges?

If I am where do I get replacements?

Mine has 4 per side. Sig has CA hinges that are pretty good. A couple of bucks per bag at your LHS.

Do you have slots for 4 hinges?

Using any brand will be better than cutting one in half. It's a fun fly but its a very nice fun fly. I love that plane. My fav of four planes.

coz you dont have one about and 5-8mm of mylar hinge ( both smaller hingers used on the inside edge of the ailerons ) is pleanty to hold a surface when you don't have anthing else about and WANT! to get flying.
but for me i would have just wacked the three in, i'm not so picky, becides, it would have been taped to seal gaps which helps.
My other funfly ( makes Magic ailerons look wimpy ) is ONLY taped
some people really like to suck the fun from funfly.

Wahahaahaha!

I'm done with the hinges. Now I'm at the engine mounting part, are all .40 sized engine's mounting lugs the same (as in distance between holes... size...). I wanna use a GMS .47 to drill holes because my OS 40 FX is currently mounted on another plane.

Use the exact engine for drilling holes. They are not all the same.
