Hi, I know of an excellent 1/4 plane if you haven't found one already. I don't know if you are into kits or Arfs. But the best 1/4 scale plane I can suggest is the 37% Sukhoi SU 31M. This can can be built I'd say minimum of a month full time. Take a look at it. It's awesome. At http://www.lanierrc.com/lrcprivate/r.../sukhoi_37.htm.

If you don't want the kit, you can go with the Arf. The Goldberg Sukhoi 1.20 Arf. See this at http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXFGT1&P=7

I have seen these planes in action and they do the full acrobats of a scale or fun fly plane. But in huge action. The kit is much more expensive and takes long to build. I don't know if you are just getting into airplanes or not. The Arf is just as great, Some experienced flyers prefer kits so they can customize their flight abilities. An Arf is a basic plane that you will simply put together within a day or two that is already factory built. Like 70% of work done for you. Which separates kits from Arfs. And lastly a good Engine to throw on this is a Saito 120S Golden Knight. With this combination you'll be dominating the field. I guarentee it.
