I was wondering if anyone knows of a website, book, video or something that shows the basic stick movements for the various 3D manuvers that are discussed here... I'm just getting into 3D and have done some hovering and torque rolls with a SPAD3D but now I want something that actually flies besides doing 3D. I'm just looking for somewhere to start... Thanks.

Go to www.horizonhobby.com and go to the article archives. There are a couple articles showing how to do different 3D maneuvers.

You can also go to www.thedials.net/Greg3D.htm
The basic maneuvers are explained there as well. Also if you have volume 4 add ons to RealFlight, you can download some 3D recordings there and play them back in slow motion with the transmitter on the screen. The best 3D plane I've flown on RealFlight
is the extra330 (SD) customized by Kyle Wyoshins. It can be downloaded from the RealFlight web site.
