Hey,
I am looking for a good first 3D plane and I like this one. I just wanted to know if it will go 3D with a Thunder Tiger Pro .46 11-7 apc prop and 30% fuel. If anybody has any past good or bad experience with this plane please let me know. Would this be a good first 3D plane?
Thanks

A true 3D machine for $50 more would be an Extreme 540T profile.

the magic extra is a great fun fly plane. i have flown it and loved it. hweover coupling is really bad on it, although most .40 size fun fly playes i have found that to be true on. i second the extreme flight edge. i have not flown it myself but i have seen it fly and if it's extreme flight it's got to be good.

I've had two of these planes (the first one had the ground leap up and grab it!). I've had a great time with them, but it was a new plane when I put on the 12.25X3.75 prop (TT46). Yes, the RPM's drop but who cares...it is not a speed plane, it's a FUN PLANE! Leverage out the ailerons and use high rates for "blur rolls", KE needs severe coupling, spins good ( but not inverted for me). That's my experience.
