Oh yea, the 1.60 will be plenty hot enough. If you get the slimline pitts muffler, it already has a smoke coil in the muffler. Makes life a littele bit easier.

Sorry I ask a question in someone elses thread but what do you guys think is the smallest engine regarding 2-cycles that one can put smoke in? I guess a 1.20 would run too cold?

I've heard of guys putting smoke on 40 size engines. Not sure how well it worked, but if you wanted to do it I'm sure you could. If I remember correctly, the problem they run across is the muffler cools down too fast on the smaller engines, so it can't smoke for long, but it should smoke still.

Near future calls for some experimenting. Everyone I've asked before said that the glow engines do not get hot enough. Who knows, I guess i'll have to try it for myself first.
