Hi everyone:
I´m interested in learning to fly 3D. First I would like to ask if someone knows a good model to practise with real flght G2. It could be that comes with the sim itself or one you can download somewhere.
Also, where can i find a list of 3D maneouvers and how to perform them.
And final, wich could be a good 3D plane to start with. Preferably for a .46 engine.
Thanks.
Charlie

A good Sim is a good place to start.
The OMP Katana profile ARF is your best bet with that engine.

Hi again:
Thanks a lot for your replies. Tomorrow i´ll take more time to check out your web page, but it sure looks good. What i haven´t found in the first look are models to practice with real flight G2. Did i miss it?? I see you have a couple of recordings of G2 flights which i can´t open. How do i have to open them, and where can i find those 2 models (TT rappy 10 and carden extra)??? I´ll also take a look at the Katana.
Thanks again.

g2 does not allow 3d very well. funflies are pretty accurate, but as a long time g2 user i have been unable to get a model to truly 3d in the sim, even when it follows the specs of my 3d planes exactly.

I agree with Spaceclam. If you want to learn to hover G-2 is a help. For other 3D like waterfalls, elevators, blenders, walls etc ..etc. I have not found a plane that will do it. The new G-3 is supposed top do 3-d but I am not going to invest another $200 in it.
I learned some 3-D on a SPAD3D. It is crash proof (almost) and cheap. It is a great tool to learn rudder and throttle control. You can get the planes for free at www.spadtothebone.com
