Default Need help with trim

Test flew my super sportster 40 after rebuilding from a crash (some 10 years ago!). Flying with an OS 50 SX. First flights needed 5-6 clicks of right aileron and 2-3 clicks of right rudder, 1-2 clicks of up elevator, after which flew straight and level. In turns, the nose drops some. Checked lateral balance and, if anything, the right wing is a little heavy, but not much. Figure the nose is still a little heavy causing it to drop in turns....need help with all of the right trim?? Add left thrust??

Thanks

The first thing that comes to my mind is wing warpage.... Make sure they are both straight.
