Default Precision in 3D manoeuvers??

We all have fun doing general 3Ding around the field, but how about putting some precision in basic 3D moves in order to hone our skills a bit more?

Here are a couple of moves/ideas concerning "precision 3D" that I have tried. See what you think.

1. The D-Loop: Do half a loop and at the top pull full 3D elevator. After the ensuing half waterfall (positive if the loop is positive, negative if the loop is negative), drop straight down in a parachute until the height of entry into the loop is reached. Then, fly straight out. The whole shape should be that of the letter D, the precision nightmare being not to mess up the half waterfall on top and maintaining the parachute trajectory completely vertical.

2. The Square Root: Ok, this has been tried for a long time by many people. From full throttle level flight push full 3D down elevator then up elevator. Plane should lose height by pushing, do a wall by pulling and hover at the same level of entry. I have seen this in videos. Precision nightmare: end up hovering at the same altitude as the one before the move was entered. The shape is that of a square root.

3. The Wall Turn: Just like a stall turn. From level flight pull full up 3D elevator and do a wall. Then, full rudder for a 180 wall turn or, more interestingly, a 270 wall turn. Similar rules as pattern applly here. Can be preceded by a Square Root.

4. Hesitation or Point Flat Spins: Do an upright or inverted flat spin interspersed every, say, 2 turns by a short period of parachuting by neutralising rudder and ailerons while keeping full 3D elevator. Precision nightmare: hesitate every set amount of turns and keeping the whole descent vertical. Almost undoable!

Any other ideas??

P.S. Of course, an infinite variation of manoeuvers involving harrier rolls/loops, knife edge walls, etc can be proposed but the idea here is to involve only basic stalled moves to make it feasible for the average modeller (like me) to try his hand at a little "precision" 3D.

#2 sounds interesting. The trick might be to keep your wing from snapping.
I also like #4. I just dont think my Funtana .40 will start and stop the flat spin with any precision.
I will have to try a few of those next time out.

I do no 3 all the time:

Fly past at a fair hight, pull wall, then stall turn, then parachute into elevator into a harrier pass.
