Default CG setup on Harrier 90

i'm setting up the cg on a seagull harrier 90 with saito 100 and i was wondering if the fuel tank should be half full or empty when setting the balance ?

If the fuel tank is in the stock location set it with the tank EMPTY.

If the tank is right over the cg point it does not matter, empty or full.

If for some reason you put the tank behind the cg point you need to set it with the tank FULL.
