Default mixing

hello all. just one question: I have 91rfs on giles202 and when I apply full throtile, plane rolls little and takes nose bit right. I know the last can be adjusted by engine mount, but do I need to mix throtile>rudder and throtile>ailerons? and if yes, how much %

thanks in advance
